The construction of digital villages makes farming worry-free, high-yield and efficient

People come early in the spring. In the greenhouse of Yuhe Wisdom Agricultural Industrial Park in Weicheng District, Weifang City, Shandong Province, red fruits are hung on the branches, and the greenhouse presents a pleasant scene.

Zhu Bingguang, the administrator of the greenhouse, introduced: "It is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system, which can automatically release air according to the temperature, and implement precise control of water and fertilizer through the network and electronic monitoring equipment, ensuring the taste and quality of crops." Taking tomatoes as an example, in a year, the total output of a greenhouse reaches about 10,000 catties, and the income is 200,000 yuan. ”

In Jinguo Town, Anyi County, Jiangxi Province, Zhu Laihua is becoming more and more skilled in mobile farming. The first thing he does every day when he goes to work is look at the block parameters around the place. "The soil moisture is low!" Seeing that the monitoring and reporting system of Citrus Grove No. 1 popped up warning, Zhu Laihua immediately activated the automatic water and fertilizer irrigation system. "Digitalization makes farming a 'cool' thing." Zhu Laihua said while clicking on his mobile phone, "8 million pixels of high-definition cameras are all over the garden, and the situation of each tree is unobstructed." ”

Fan Junchen, the head of Jinguo Town, is a post-80s graduate of the Computer Science Department of Nanchang University, returned home after working for a few years, and took over the orchard from his father. "Only after doing it did I know that orchard management is not simple, the market risk is large, and the labor cost is high, how can we make money?" Fan Junchen said frankly, "If you want to do it, it is different from your fathers." In 2019, Fan Junchen raised nearly 2 million yuan to digitally transform the orchard.

The smart agricultural Internet of Things cloud platform and the intelligent monitoring system of agricultural environment data allow the orchard to achieve remote visualization, and the orchard seems to be "loaded" with the brain in the past.

"After the transformation of the smart agricultural system, the 2,000 acres of orchards can be managed in an orderly manner with only a few people." Fan Junchen proudly said that the fruits grown in Jinguo Town are uniform in size, high in sweetness, good in taste, and good in sales, "Taking kiwifruit, one mu can produce 3500 catties, which is 70% higher than the output of other places." ”

Today, in Anyi County, 5 such agricultural Internet of Things demonstration bases have been built. "Digital development helps the transformation and upgrading of traditional agriculture." Xiong Linqiao, deputy director of the Agricultural and Rural Bureau of Anyi County, introduced that at present, the coverage rate of the county's information into the village and village-level information service stations has reached 65%, and the main agricultural production bases have all carried out the integrated construction of water and fertilizer, and the area of precision irrigation using the Internet of Things has reached more than 30,000 mu.

At present, the administrative villages on the mainland have fully realized the "broadband connection between villages and villages". "The construction of new rural infrastructure is an important support for the construction of digital villages." Xia Jiechang, vice president of the Institute of Financial and Economic Strategy of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, said that efforts should be made to improve the speed of new infrastructure in rural areas, accelerate the layout of 5G, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things and other facilities in rural areas, and realize the deep integration of digital technology and agriculture, at the same time, we must also promote the construction of smart water conservancy, smart agriculture and smart logistics, and build a solid foundation for the development of digital villages.

A map of data resources, villagers "small things do not go out, big things do not go out of the village"

Walking into Chenjiadian Village, Helong Town, Nong'an County, Jilin Province, there is not only a wide happiness square, a straight asphalt road, but also an eye-catching village affairs data screen. "Data such as resident information, grid management, agricultural information, and migrant workers can be displayed on the big screen, creating a map of agricultural and rural data resources." Chenjiadian Village Party Branch Secretary Fu Shengxue introduced.

Last year, Nong'an County launched the construction of a digital rural revitalization service platform to provide digital government affairs, education, medical care, production, employment and other services for rural areas, expand applications, and achieve public security prevention and control, and Chenjiadian Village became a pilot village.

"Now it is much more convenient to see a doctor, as soon as the screen is opened, the doctors of the big hospital will show us on the spot." Zhang Guangcheng, a 65-year-old villager, said happily. The elderly have high blood pressure all year round, their children are working outside, and they have limited mobility, and they are most worried about going to the city to see a doctor in the past. Since the establishment of the digital rural revitalization service platform, Zhang Guangcheng has been unwell, he has gone to the village clinic to detect blood pressure and blood glucose through telemedicine equipment, and can also video-connected consultations and online drug purchases, so that the elderly have less of a "heart disease".

The data shows that in 2020, the online handling rate of county-level government services in the country was 66.4%, the coverage rate of county-level agricultural and rural information management service institutions was 78.0%, and the coverage rate of administrative villages of "Xueliang Project" was 77.0%. Experts said that with the home TV screen and personal mobile phone screen as the terminal, the digital village platform will accurately send services and information to the household, sinking high-quality resources such as education, medical care, and agricultural technology to the village, effectively promoting daily information interaction, not only allowing villagers to "not go out of the village for small things, big things not out of the village", but also improving the efficiency of grass-roots governance.

Some time ago, some people in Chenjiadian Village Jiahe and the community illegally piled up debris, and the smell was bad. Villagers use their mobile phones to take photos and upload them to the digital village platform, and the village immediately cleans up after finding out the situation, and the processing results are clear on the mobile phone. The high-definition camera equipment installed on the side of the road monitors the village situation in real time, and once the straw burning or unknown fireworks are found, the village-level data screen will pop up the window reminder and be sent to the village cadres' mobile phones synchronously to facilitate the first time to process.

Fu Shengxue said that at present, the digital village platform has completed data collection, and each villager has a data file, and corresponding services can be provided in a timely manner for key monitoring groups such as the elderly, low-income households, and five-guarantee households.

In recent years, Jilin Province has integrated 23 application systems and platforms serving the "three rural areas" to form a unified operation of the provincial digital agriculture cloud platform by opening up the underlying data and functions.

The digital economy has spawned new formats and driven more farmers to increase their income

"New Year's big fish and big meat are tired of eating, it is better to come to some oysters to taste the fresh, this piece is our family's oysters..." Every afternoon, Zhang Chunmei, a villager in Shiqiao Village, Ganyu District, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, appeared on the Douyin platform on time, or shared the experience of catching the sea, or live streaming with goods, or popular science seafood knowledge... With unremitting efforts, Zhang Chunmei has nearly 2 million fans.

Ganyu is located on the shore of the Yellow Sea, and many villagers are engaged in seafood business. "Don't try not to know, the potential of e-commerce is really big!" From the initial "tripod + mobile phone" groping, over the past few years, Zhang Chunmei has gradually found some professional doorways. Sales went up, she and her husband took goods from fishermen, negotiated with the factory, controlled the good quality, and brought goods through live broadcasts, and the daily sales of seafood in Zhang Chunmei's online store increased from one or two hundred to two or three thousand.

Urban and rural areas have the same network and the same speed, laying a good foundation for rural e-commerce. Wang Ping, director of the Ganyu District Bureau of Commerce, said that last year, the annual transaction volume of e-commerce in the region reached 15 billion yuan, the upward volume of express delivery reached 108 million pieces, and there were more than 7,000 online merchants. "In the past, sending sea goods to customers was carried back and forth by a small van, but now not only is the receiving and sending point close, but the courier car also provides door-to-door service, which can better maintain the freshness of seafood." Zhang Chunmei said that in addition to seafood, she also helped the villagers sell autumn peaches, "I want to let more people get rich together." ”

Many young people have returned to their hometowns to start businesses, injecting new impetus into rural development.

In Louguanzhuang Village, Ganyu District, the temperature has risen and the organic production base has become busy again. "Apply organic fertilizer, weeding by hand, wait for this land does not dare to be sloppy at all!" Every year, after harvesting rock sugar corn and planting sweet potatoes, the people in the city like it. Tang Farmland, a 60-year-old villager, followed the cooperative to engage in order production, and an acre of organic corn earned tens of thousands of yuan.

Responsible for providing seedlings, technology and sales channels is a local leading enterprise, and the person in charge is Wang Peichao after 85. "Villagers have limited income from traditional farming. I hope to seize the opportunity of consumption upgrading, adopt the order model upstream, and develop micro-businesses downstream to help villagers sell good products at good prices. Wang Peichao introduced that more than 80% of the products acquired by enterprises are sold online. At present, the company's organic planting project directly drives more than 150 farmers, with an annual labor volume of more than 1,200 person-times, and the average annual income of villagers is about 70,000 yuan.

The digital countryside has been accelerated, and the potential of new formats and new models is huge. Not long ago, the Central Cyberspace Administration and 10 other departments issued the "Digital Rural Development Action Plan (2022-2025)", based on the development of digital villages during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, deploying 8 key actions such as digital infrastructure upgrading, smart agriculture innovation and development, and development of new formats and new models. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs clearly proposed that by 2025, the retail sales of the national agricultural product network will reach 1 trillion yuan, the output value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery professional and auxiliary activities will reach 1 trillion yuan, and 1 million new rural entrepreneurial leaders will be added, driving a group of farmers to live broadcast salesmen, and the production and operation ability of farmers will be generally enhanced.

Xia Jiechang said that the construction of digital villages is inseparable from the superposition and promotion of new technologies and new formats, and also from the improvement of the digital level and ability of rural labor. It is necessary to encourage talents to go to the countryside, enhance the initiative and creativity of farmers, strengthen the digital training of rural cadres, new agricultural business entities and the vast number of farmers, and better help the construction of digital villages.
