Li Shaohua, the "old branch secretary", is a witness to the establishment of the New LiCun Rural Memory Museum and a witness. When the museum was first built, the village collected old objects from the villagers, Li Shaohua took the lead in donating, under his leadership, the villagers took the initiative to donate the old objects with "age" in their homes, in their view, it is more meaningful to put them in the rural memory museum than to hide them at home. Among the items donated by Li Shaohua is a wheelbarrow that he has treasured for a long time, and in that era of lack of means of production and inconvenient transportation, his father personally made this small cart to help the family produce labor, and to this day, the traces of the years on the cart are still vividly remembered.
Li Shaohua, director of the Village Affairs Supervision Committee of Xinli Village in Liuhu Town, said: "This cart was made by my father in the 60s, and this cart was mainly used for agricultural production at that time, sending manure to the farmland, and then gasketing the soil when raising cattle, which improved production efficiency and liberated productivity at that time. Of course, many difficulties were encountered, many historical materials at that time were missing, the archives were not kept completely, and finally through a large number of visits to old party members and cadres in the past, as well as some villagers with high moral standing, a large amount of information was collected through them. After the completion of the museum, in order to display the humanistic history of Xinli Village, use the things around them to educate people, inspire people, and educate party members and cadres and the masses to draw on the strength to move forward, know the party's kindness, remember the party's feelings, follow the party, move forward, and make the tomorrow of New Li Village more beautiful. ”

In recent years, With the actions of "breaking the four old" and "establishing the four new", Xinli Village has completed the improvement of 156 toilets, 8.2 kilometers of hardened roads, 5,000 square meters of greening, and 75 meters of cultural wall, and built a village clinic, a village-level stage and public toilets. Garbage cans cans can be seen everywhere, the front and back of the house are clean and tidy, and the phenomenon of firewood and grass piled up and garbage littering in the past is completely gone.
