Anything between heaven and earth arises in uncertainty, and its state cannot be described in words, which is the source of the whole chaotic universe; yet everything has its own roots, and this part of the part that can be expressed in words is called the mother of conception.

Therefore, to maintain the state of nothingness is to observe the mysterious nature of things; to maintain the state of reality is to observe the superficial phenomena embodied in things.

In fact, "nothingness" and "reality" come from the same "Tao" but are different sides of the "Tao." When "nothingness" and "reality" are combined, there will be countless mysterious possibilities, uncertain combinations, such as the above and the bottom, the inside and the outside, and so on. These uncertain combinations are even more mysterious things that are the "Tao" In other words, "being" and "nothing" are like the "doors of all wonders" that support the Tao.
