It is reported that the Fengyang Yimin Water Supply Company abused its dominant position in public water supply services in the areas of Fengyang County's Fu town, Linhuai Town, Mentai Economic Development Zone, and Banqiao Town (west of Fengning Industrial Park), and in the process of providing water supply services, it implemented the act of restricting transactions and attaching unreasonable trading conditions, eliminating and restricting market competition and harming the legitimate rights and interests of the counterparty to the transaction.
