After the outbreak of the Xinhai Revolution in 1912, Hunan and Shaanxi were the first to respond to the uprising, and the Qing government was still doing the last stubborn resistance. The photo is the real scene of the Shaanxi Governor Sheng Yunzheng leading the army to attack Qianzhou occupied by the revolutionary rebel army, and the battle situation looks very fierce.

The Gan army besieged Qianzhou in Shaanxi Province, and after the Qianzhou Defense War broke out, the Qing army attacked Qianzhou by all means, and the photo shows the fraudulent surrender it took. From the photo, it can be seen that the Qing army collectively knelt outside the north gate and raised their guns to pretend to surrender. The text on the photo reads: "This is the face of Luo Kaifu's fraudulent surrender in the Middle Pipe of the Gansu Army, and he is kneeling down and firing a row of cannons, and countless people have been killed by our army." The revolutionary army united in will, held out for several months, and finally won the victory in the defensive war, and they left their name in history.
