Liu Huimin demanded that the Administrative Examination and Approval Administration Bureau should strengthen the guidance of the township service halls, open up the "last kilometer" of the masses to truly create an atmosphere of officers with a height of station, a strong reform, a speed of examination and approval, and a temperature of service.
