Recently, the longest long-distance heating renovation project in the alpine area in China - Huaneng Yimin Power Plant to the central urban area of Hulunbuir 70.22 kilometers of long-distance heating project, opened the pipe network water injection and pipeline cleaning work, shortening the distance for long-distance heating transportation.
The pipe network water injection and pipeline cleaning work mainly includes the first station of the heat network, the circulating water replenishment of the heat network, the heating pipe network, the relay pump station, the pressure insulation and heat exchange station (long transmission side) and other system equipment, through the pipe network water injection and pipeline cleaning preliminary inspection of the installation quality of the pipe network system, remove the residual debris such as sand, iron filings, welding slag and iron oxide sheet left in the pipeline system, and prevent residual debris from causing damage to the circulating pump, pipeline and other equipment in the pipeline system.
It is understood that Huaneng Yimin Power Plant has been racing against time at the construction site of long-distance heating in order to warm the homes of 15.28 million square meters of residents in Hailar as soon as possible, and the water injection is expected to end on October 25, with a total water injection of nearly 160,000 tons. After the completion of the water injection, the heating supply will move towards zero distance, and under the long-distance warm transportation, it will protect the ecological environment and serve the people's livelihood.
