Li Zhidan, deputy chief physician of the Department of Cardiology, and Zhao Yue led the cardiology team to prepare for emergency treatment in the interventional operating room, just arrived at the operating room, the patient had ventricular fibrillation again, and the cardiology team immediately gave emergency defibrillation, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and other symptomatic treatment, and the patient recovered vital signs.
Immediate contrast shows acute occlusion of anterior descending branch, a large number of thrombosis is seen after rapid opening, and the patient's vital signs are gradually stabilized and blood pressure is gradually restored after multiple treatments such as thrombotic aspiration and intracoronal thrombolysis.
During this period, due to recurrent ventricular fibrillation, the surgical operation had to be interrupted several times, and the electrofibrillation and cardiopulmonary resuscitation operations were performed. It is reported that defibrillation was carried out 5 times in the emergency department rescue room, and defibrillation was carried out in the catheter room for 25 times during the operation, which finally pulled the patient's life back from the hands of the god of death.
