Henan Normal University
On February 9, Henan Normal University held a cadre meeting to announce that Comrade Wang Zongmin was appointed secretary of the party committee of Henan Normal University and no longer served as deputy secretary of the party committee and vice president (at the level of a full school) of Zhengzhou University.

Wang Zongmin, male, born in February 1964, is a member of the Communist Party of China, doctor, professor, doctoral supervisor, enjoys special allowances of the State Council, outstanding expert of Henan Province, and member of the Ninth Committee of the All-China Youth Federation.

Kan Yunchao, born in November 1974, male, Han ethnicity, Native of Tanghe, Henan, member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from Zhejiang University with a doctorate degree in agronomy. Liu Xiansheng, male, born in September 1964, Han ethnicity, Huangchuan, Henan, member of the Communist Party of China, doctor, professor, doctoral supervisor. He is currently the dean of Huanghuai University and the deputy secretary of the party committee.

Liu Yanming, male, born in February 1964, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, Ph.D., professor, second-level professor of Henan Province, doctoral supervisor of analytical chemistry at Wuhan University. He was the vice president of Xinyang Normal University. He is currently the dean of Huanghuai University and the deputy secretary of the party committee.
He graduated from the Department of Chemistry of Xinyang Normal University in 1984, the Department of Chemistry of Nankai University with a master's degree in 1991 (supervisor: Professor Gan Weitang), and the Doctor of Sciences of Wuhan University in 2002 with a doctorate in analytical chemistry (supervisor: Professor Cheng Jieke). He teaches courses such as "Analytical Chemistry" and "Instrumental Analysis" for undergraduates and "Capillary Electrophoresis Technology and Applications" for graduate students.
