Municipal civil servants returned to the village for the New Year, and these two things were stunned...

Spring Festival to work, today is not busy, I would like to talk about my feelings about going home this year for the New Year.

I am in my early thirties this year, and I am in a prefecture-level city and municipal government office in the central province with the least sense of existence in the country.

The hometown is a small natural village in the city where the work is located, and there are more than 200 people in more than 50 households in the village.

This year's Spring Festival homecoming, there are two unexpected.

1. The income gap is unexpected.

When I go home for the New Year, relatives and friends get together, and it is inevitable that I will discuss work income, and other age groups are not concerned, and the income of young people of the same age group as me has been very different.

Rough statistics, there are about 30 young people aged 25-35 in the village?

The highest annual income of 1 person has exceeded 8 figures, there are 4 people who have exceeded 7 figures, and there are still more than 10 people with an annual income of less than 50,000.

Young people in this age group basically grow up together and attend the same school during the compulsory education stage.

In just a decade, the gap is staggering, which shows how important the choice and effort after work is.

2. The unthinkable disparity in the proportion of marriageable men to women is unexpected.

Another topic of young friends gathering together is, of course, inseparable from marriage.

When everyone talked about this matter, most of them complained and learned more about it, which was really surprising.

There are nearly 20 marriageable men in the village, but fewer than 10 marriageable women, which is not to say that men and women in the village are married, but this situation is a common phenomenon in rural areas.

It is said that the ratio of marriageable men and women in the next village has reached 3:1, no wonder the dowry in the countryside is high, and the supply and demand relationship determines the price, which is by no means affected by a paper administrative document.

3, the village people's views on the system people have changed

As a child, the elders regarded work within the system as "being an official."

They always say that the work in the system is easy, the income is stable, and there are privileges, working nine to five every day, going to work, reading the newspaper, drinking tea, and passing.

I also always encourage our juniors to study well and strive to hold up an iron rice bowl when they grow up.

Ten years ago, I entered the system and every time I came home, everyone envied me.

I told them realistically that institutional work is only a job, with a medium income, not as easy as imagined, and that seeking privileges is at risk of breaking the law.

They were always half-convinced and said I was too modest.

In the past two years, everyone's tone has basically changed.

When talking about work, it is always said that it is not easy in the system, there are many constraints, the work pressure is high, and it is often held accountable, or when the people are good and free.

The villagers no longer attach as much importance to work within the system as before, and this change in thinking reflects the progress of the times and shows that in recent years, the results of strictly administering the party and governing the country according to law have been remarkable.

When more and more young talents want to rely on their own strengths to chase their dreams in various fields, rather than squeezing into the system of "ten thousand people crossing a single wooden bridge", the road to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation will become smoother and smoother.
