The meeting demanded that all production and operation enterprises should strictly implement the main responsibility for safe production, and in accordance with the work method of "one case, two signatures, three tests, four receipts, five inspections, six passes, seven heavy, eight one, nine hours, and ten moves", pay close attention to the preparations for the resumption of work and production of enterprises in various fields; all departments and parks should strictly follow the requirements of "the party and the government share responsibility, one post has double responsibility, joint management, and dereliction of duty and responsibility" and "three management and three musts", and formulate a work plan for enterprises in each area under their responsibility to resume work and production and production in accordance with the list of responsibilities for safe production and the list of responsibilities. At the meeting, the county security office also reported on the safety inspection during the Spring Festival and distributed a small manual of "Guidelines for The Resumption of Work and Production in Safe Production" to the participants.
Nearly 80 industry and trade hazard (including fireworks) enterprises in the county and responsible persons of county economic and information, housing construction, emergency response, transportation, market supervision and other departments attended the meeting.
