The event also held the launching ceremony of the Drug Rehabilitation Volunteer Service Week, marking the official start of the week-long anti-drug publicity and volunteer service after watching the drug rehabilitation micro-film "Clay Man" written and directed by the police of the High Realm Institute and issuing letters of appointment to 22 drug rehabilitation volunteers.
