In the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, who is the culprit behind the instigation of war? The exposure of the three ulterior motives of the US side, China is afraid of being implicated, how to make full preparations?

On the other hand, NATO is sending a large number of supplies to Ukraine, and it is worth noting that among the countries that aid Ukraine, the majority of the aid is the United States and the United Kingdom.
That's kind of interesting. Why? As we all know, the relationship behind the Russian-Ukrainian conflict is actually a dispute between NATO and Russia, and NATO is worried that Russia's attack on Ukraine implicates NATO countries, so it is natural to aid Ukraine. The United States has always been the largest part of NATO's military expenditure, and about 70% of nato's military budget is provided by the United States, so it is not surprising that the United States accounts for the majority of the countries that aid Ukraine, but the question is why does the United Kingdom also account for the majority?
Geographically, Britain and Ukraine are almost invincible, and a Russian attack on Ukraine is unlikely to affect Britain. In terms of economic strength, the Uk is only second in Europe, with a gap of nearly $1 trillion with Germany. So no matter how you look at it, in addition to the United States, the biggest aid to Ukraine should also be Germany, which has a better economy and is closer to Ukraine. And in fact, because of the miscontrolled COVID-19 epidemic, the UK's economic recession is the worst in the West, with a GDP decline of 10% at one point, and it is almost over the difficulty. If this is the case, how can Britain, which has always had a despicable style and two ends of the rat, suddenly be so "fraternal" and concerned about Ukraine?
This brings us to the internal problems of NATO. NATO is not monolithic, and from the perspective of interests, it can be roughly divided into two factions: the Atlantic faction led by the United States and Britain, and the European faction led by France. The Atlantic faction is based on the interests of the United States, the European faction is dominated by the interests of the European Union, and the United Kingdom has followed the United States as much as possible for a long time because of its early departure from the European Union and the fact that it is not directly bordered by the European continent. And this time, the focus on supporting Ukraine belongs to the Atlantic faction.
When the Russian-Ukrainian conflict broke out into war, the European faction was actually the most anxious, because it might be implicated in the war, but the Atlantic faction did not have this hidden danger. Therefore, this time the collective support of ukraine by the United States and Britain is ostensibly to aid Ukraine, but in essence, it is actually to encourage Ukraine to resist Russia by force and provoke Russia, in order to provoke the Russian-Ukrainian conflict to break out into war. Behind this, there are three ulterior motives of the United States, and as long as war breaks out, these three purposes may be realized.
First, to force the EU to become more dependent on the United States. The EU has a strong economic strength, the euro is currently the biggest opponent of the US dollar, but the EU's defense autonomy is weak, the entire EU has a strong military strength only France, but France is still far behind Russia. Therefore, as long as the conflict between Russia and Ukraine is instigated, the EU will have to be more dependent on the United States, and the United States will be able to control the EU, while creating wars in the European region, effectively fighting the euro, and maintaining the dominance of the US dollar;
Second, integrate Europe to encircle and suppress Russia. The United States has long issued a warning that once the Russo-Ukrainian war breaks out, it will launch comprehensive sanctions against Russia, but Russia has the important weapon of natural gas supply, and Europe will not be the enemy of Russia unless necessary, so if the United States wants to balance Russia, it must go to war between Russia and Ukraine, so that the United States can integrate the European Union and jointly sanction Russia, which is conducive to the strategy of the United States to control the whole of Europe;
Third, further encircle and suppress China. The United States has tried to contain China for many years, but because of China's influence in the global economy, except for a few countries such as the United Kingdom and Australia, other countries are not afraid to follow the United States excessively, especially the European Union, and France and Germany have even made remarks that they should not follow the United States excessively. In the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, China has already expressed its opposition to NATO's eastward expansion, like Russia. Once the Russian-Ukrainian conflict breaks out, the United States can incite the EU to decouple from China and further encircle and suppress China!
It is not difficult to see that the United States and Britain colluded with this series of acts of ostensibly supporting Ukraine, which can be called an out-and-out poisonous plan! By sacrificing Ukraine, it is possible to strike both Russia and China and tighten its grip on the European Union. How should China and Russia be fully prepared for this?
First of all, let the United States know as much as possible that the United States will not be spared if war breaks out between Russia and Ukraine, and Russia is already doing this. Recently, Russia has been promoting defense cooperation with Venezuela, Ecuador, Cuba and other countries, and Russia can deploy large-scale offensive weapons under the eyes of the United States at any time, so that the United States does not dare to incite war excessively.
Moreover, China must ensure close relations with the EU. Although China supports Russia, there is no need to damage its relations with the EU because of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, and even if necessary, China can use its relationship with the EU to promote Russia and the EU to shake hands and make peace and reduce pressure on Russia. Given that the EU has always wanted to get rid of US control, China is more likely to push the EU's de-Americanization process in this context.
As long as these two points are achieved, China and Russia will be equivalent to making all preparations. The United States did not want to gain by instigating the Russo-Ukrainian war, and may even lose everything because of it.
