In view of the current cluster of epidemics in the neighboring city of Huludao, the risk of epidemic import and transmission in Jinzhou is extremely complex and severe, in order to implement the prevention and control strategy of "external prevention of import and internal prevention and rebound" and effectively ensure the safety of the city, after the study and decision of the Jinzhou Epidemic Prevention and Control Command, Jinzhou City will temporarily close and suspend some places and activities that are likely to cause the spread of the epidemic, and the suspension or temporary closure time is tentatively set at 2 weeks. On February 10, the Office of Jinzhou New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters issued a notice:

1. Chess and card rooms (mahjong halls), dance halls, Internet cafes, script killings, escape rooms, game halls, billiard rooms, and places that sell health care products, health care equipment, and health experience services to the elderly in the form of teaching and training are temporarily suspended.

2. All off-campus training, education consulting, and custodial service institutions (including nursing classes) will suspend offline training activities. The frequency of nucleic acid testing in kindergartens is encrypted, teachers and staff should be tested by all staff, and students in the kindergarten should be sampled.

Third, shopping malls and supermarkets suspend offline promotions and exhibition activities.

4. Catering and accommodation service institutions suspend the reception and hosting of various banquets, chambers of commerce friendship and other gatherings and dinner activities, and advocate the postponement of happy events and the simplification of funerals (no more than 10 participants). Rural banquets are suspended or postponed.

V. Where organs, enterprises and public institutions suspend the organization of large-scale meetings, activities, and competitions, and if they really need to hold them, they shall perform the approval procedures with the territorial headquarters, and supervise and track the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures in accordance with the principle of "who hosts, who is responsible, who approves, and who is responsible".
