Taking the trade policies of the five major South Pacific island countries (Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, and Vanuatu) as the research object, this book lays out the basic trade situation of the South Pacific island countries, depicts their trade maps, depicts the process of South Pacific island countries participating in trade liberalization, sorts out the trade policies and related legislation of South Pacific island countries, and evaluates their policies, thus proposing countermeasures to promote economic and trade cooperation between China and South Pacific island countries.
About the Author
Lin Chang, born in April 1981, Ph.D., is the deputy director of the South Pacific Island Countries Research Center of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, and the deputy director of the Department of Economics, School of Economics and Management, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University. His research interests include South Pacific regional cooperation, international development assistance, and international trade and investment.
