My answer is: write them out. Of course, you don't have to say something like writing an article, some of which are not close to the reader,What you have to do is not to write a literary work, but a lesson plan, students do not have to fully understand, but you look at it, you know how to explain to others what you have learned, and what key content to talk about.
My suggestion is that a WPS is enough, you need to use its word, mind map, PPT these three functions, first of all, you have to write a paper like the article by section, step by step to list the content you have learned clearly, and then use the mind map function to show the logical relationship of each point, and finally combine these two materials, imagine if you explain to others, what content should be put on it, and those long-winded things, just stay in word, Do not underestimate the process of doing PPT, many people may think that I finish sorting out the content and the map is not the end, but also to streamline what to do, my answer is very necessary, because its purpose is to write some of your ideas about the content on it, you need to follow your ideas, according to a certain logic, the content with their own understanding of the expression, if you forget this knowledge point later, you only need to take the PPT over once to understand, it is equivalent to the teaching plan you did that year, Teach yourself another lesson to the self that was forgotten after an incident.

First of all, when reading the book, the focus of the book is marked with a dash, if you have any ideas, you must write it down immediately, here I recommend e-books, so that you can directly copy and paste when you organize the content. And then the structure of the book is expressed in your understanding, note that many people may ask, is this part not a table of contents, is there a need to organize? Of course, I think the author's expression logic in the book may not be your understanding logic, for example, a certain content he put into chapter A, but you feel that it is more suitable for chapter B, or two points of content, with your understanding can be classified into one, then at this time do not consider who is not authoritative, you understand and remember is the key.
Then, according to the logic of the map, the corresponding notes of each point are sorted into the document, and then the next step is to go to the most important "teaching" part, according to your idea, divide the personal understanding of the book into several pieces.
Another important point is that each piece of content must dig deep into its essence, imagine that there is a problem child who has been sticking to you to ask why, at this time you must dig the problem deep into the essence of the problem, and then give an explanation.
