If the responsible person deliberately releases indecent videos, he or she may be fined or detained by the police in accordance with the provisions of the Public Security Administration Punishment Law, and if the circumstances are serious and constitute a crime, it may constitute the crime of disseminating obscene materials. Whether it constitutes a crime depends on the analysis of the specific situation.
