Noting the role of the Kazakh leadership in restoring order in the country, the Russian president said that although it takes a lot of effort to restore the damage caused by the riots, under the leadership of President Tokayev, Kazakhstan has gained a foothold and the situation has recovered. As a country of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, Russia has also extended a helping hand to Kazakhstan.

Tokayev thanked President Putin for playing an important role in "ensuring stability in the rear and guarding important facilities" during the civil unrest in Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan and Russia are neighbors arranged by Heaven and hope that the two countries will further develop bilateral relations.
