At present, the Feng County police have found Sang to understand the situation, Sang said that she was entrusted by Xiaohuamei's mother, took Xiaohuamei to Jiangsu for treatment and found a good family to marry, the two from Kunming City, Yunnan Province, by train to Donghai County, Jiangsu Province, Xiaohuamei disappeared, did not call the police at that time, nor did she inform Xiaohuamei's family. The joint investigation team organized medical experts at the city and county levels to consult Yang Mouxia's schizophrenia and implement comprehensive treatment, and Yang Mouxia's mental condition tended to be stable. Diagnosed: Yang Mouxia's tooth loss is caused by severe periodontal disease. After admission to the hospital physical examination, Yang Mouxia's other health indicators are normal.

According to the DNA appraisal of the Judicial Laboratory of Nanjing Medical University, the eight children, Dong Moumin and Yang Mouxia all conform to the biological parent-child relationship.

The public security organs have launched an investigation into whether Dong Moumin is suspected of violating the law and committing a crime, and the relevant circumstances will be announced in due course. In the later stage, according to the investigation and handling of Dong Moumin, the guardianship responsibility for his minor children will be determined in accordance with law.
