Background of the event
In order to implement the requirements of the Notice of the State Council on Printing <推动大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换新行动方案>and Distributing (Guo Fa [2024] No. 7) and the Notice of the General Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province on Printing and Distributing the Action Plan for Promoting the Trade-in of Consumer Goods in Guangdong Province (Yue Ban Han [2024] No. 48), further release the consumption potential of green and smart home appliances, and promote the trade-in of old and new household appliances, energy conservation and emission reduction, the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce is now officially launching the 2024 Guangzhou Green Smart Home Appliance Replacement (i.e., home appliances"Trade-in").
Event Rules
(1) Activity time: The first phase is from April 30 to August 2024 (the number of home appliance coupons is limited, first come, first served), and the coupons will be issued from 20 o'clock on April 30, and the coupons will be issued at 11 o'clock every Tuesday. The second stage is to be determined, subject to actual implementation.
(2) Each consumer is limited to 2 home appliance coupons per week, and 4 home appliance coupons are limited to 4 home appliance coupons during the campaign period (referring to the total of April to August 2024 in the first phase).
* A single order amount of more than 500 yuan is available, and a single order is 9% off and 500 yuan is capped
(3) After deducting various discounts such as merchants, each consumption voucher will be automatically cancelled after reaching the consumption threshold payment (only one consumption voucher can be verified for a single consumption).
(4) Subsidy object: Individual consumers who deliver any used household appliances at participating enterprises and purchase subsidized products.
There is no restriction on the type of old machines delivered, the number of new machines and old machines needs to be matched one by one (i.e., pay one to buy one), and only one home appliance coupon can be written off for a single consumption, and one coupon can only purchase one subsidized product.
* Consumption vouchers are valid for 6 calendar days (including the day of collection) after collection, and will be invalid after the expiration date, for example, the consumption vouchers collected at 11 a.m. on May 7 will be used until 24 o'clock on May 12, and so on.
* Consumption vouchers are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, and home appliance vouchers will automatically expire if they are not used after the expiration date, and they will not be able to be collected again after the number of coupons.
Which appliances can be subsidized?
Subsidized products: air conditioners (including central air conditioners), refrigerators (including freezers), washing machines (including dryers), televisions, water heaters (including wall-hung boilers), range hoods, gas stoves (including integrated stoves), dishwashers, sweepers (mopping), printers, air purifiers, microwave ovens (including all-in-one machines), induction cookers, rice cookers, electric fans, water purifiers and microcomputers (including desktop and portable computers) and other first-class energy efficiency (water efficiency) household appliances, as well as mobile phones (excluding PAD products).
* On-site activation is required for mobile phone products purchased in offline stores.
