Twenty-three years after the lunar month

The statue of the Bodhisattva is majestic, like the flowers, candles, fragrant fruits and exquisite diets of various flavors, which are delicious in color and full of six flavors. The masses recited in turn the holy trumpets of the Bodhisattva of the Great Saint Of Nan wu, the Mantra of The Noble One, and the Three Mantras, and the Master of the Canon, along with the abbot and the monk, respectfully exhibited the apparatus, saluted the bodhisattva, prayed to the protector of the Dharma, and prayed to the monks, who lived in abundance, who did not suffer from disasters, and who could do the Tao with peace of mind.

The general offering was divided into four shifts, and there were more than 30 offerings in various halls of the temple.
In the first class, the Da'an Monk's Master Dharma, along the central axis, from the Heavenly King Hall, to the Bell Tower, the Qinglian Pagoda, the Drum Tower, the East and West Luohan Hall, and other places to make offerings;
In the second class, the first main Dharma of Bentong, from the Tibetan Scripture Building, respectively, to huayan hall, Vajrapani hall, zushi hall, Wangxi Nian Buddha hall, Shengle Nian Buddha hall, vegetable garden and other places to make offerings;
The third class, the first dharma of the body, goes to the top of the mountain, from the line of closed houses, respectively to the Guanyin Pavilion, the Qinglian Chanting Buddhist Hall under the mountain, and so on;
The fourth class, the first dharma of the first dharma, from the Wisdom Spring, went to the East Luohan Hall, the Guest Hall, the Treasury, the Yansheng Hall and other places to make offerings. At 1:30 p.m. on Chinese New Year's Eve, in front of the "Yuangong Master Silence Pagoda" in the Yuanzu Pagoda Courtyard, the monks and laymen of the whole temple stood in a neat and solemn manner to participate in the "Sweeping Pagoda" festival.

Consecration
The Spring Festival coincides with the Christmas of Maitreya Bodhisattva, and according to jungle custom, a consecration ceremony is held on the eve of the first night. At 6 p.m. on the Chinese New Year's Eve, the monks gathered in the incense lecture hall to hold a solemn consecration ceremony. The festival will be held by the abbot Daan monk, the main Dharma, the eastern and western orders of the masses singing the vows with Vinna, contemplating the ceremony from the heart, and on this night of Chinese New Year's Eve, pray that all sentient beings will follow the compassion of the Dharma Matreya Bodhisattva and reduce the damage to the lives of the material beings, so that they can stay away from terror and get the joy after all.
Pick-up stove
At the end of the feast, the attendants held incense plates in their hands, followed by the main monk, and all the monks came to the Statue of the Bodhisattva in The Great Liao of Xiangji Hall to "pick up the stove" in front of the statue of the Bodhisattva. The master of the ceremony seat accompanied the monk to pick up incense exhibits, sincerely paid homage to the great saint Kinnara King Bodhisattva, supervised the protection of the Dharma, and adjusted to the monk. On the first day of the first lunar month is the Spring Festival of the Year of the Tiger, on the Christmas anniversary of Maitreya Bodhisattva of Daci, at 4:40 a.m., the monastic community held a pu-Buddha with the morning lesson at the Daxiong Treasure Hall, and the monk of Da'an Da'an took the incense to preside over the Dharma. After the morning hall of the Buddha, the monks lined up to the ancestral hall to pray to the ancestors of the Donglin Dynasty, blessed the monks and laymen in the dojo, and continued the family style, and then learned from the other side. After the ceremony, he went to the abbot's liao and paid homage to the abbot and monk. The great monk expressed his gratitude to the masses for their annual efforts and instructed them to continue to devote themselves to their permanent residence in the new year and to increase the food of monasticism. The public teachers were overjoyed.
On the morning of the Spring Festival, the Four Holy Offerings Ceremony was held as usual, and the great monk gave a New Year's lecture for the people in the temple in the Xiangguang Lecture Hall on the morning of the first, second and third days of the first year, and the Spring Festival had a strong annual flavor and a strong taste of law. The devotees and tourists who come to the temple for pilgrimage are orderly registered outside the mountain gate, and the volunteer docents in the temple also give explanations and guide the tourists who come to the temple to pay homage to the Buddha.

There is also an 85-year-old elderly monk who has a very strong Heart, saying that he must recite at least 100,000 voices of the Buddha every day and vow to be born on the high ground. Master Da'an and all the mages were very impressed after hearing this, hoping that he could set an example for the public.
In his final discourse, the great monk further emphasized that permanent residence will definitely solve the problem of the well-being of elderly monks and should not worry about the future. The old monks should set an example for the young people and honestly recite the Buddha.
