Dear Power Customers:

In order to fully implement the national electricity price reform and the development of market-oriented electricity sales, the "intimate" high-quality service to the majority of power customers, in accordance with the "Notice of the General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission on Organizing and Carrying Out Matters Related to the Purchase of Electricity by Power Grid Enterprises" (Development and Reform Office Price [2021] No. 809), the State Grid Section Right Qianqi Power Supply Company will adjust the meter reading cycle of electricity customers in the power supply area, and the relevant contents are hereby notified as follows.

1. From March 2022, your meter reading date will be adjusted to 0:00 on the 1st of the following month, and the payment and invoice acquisition time will be adjusted accordingly.

2. Adjust the current month, because the meter reading settlement cycle is from the previous month's meter reading to 0:00 on the 1st of the next month, your electricity and electricity charges for the month will increase, and the next month will return to normal, and the specific amount will be subject to the amount of the electricity bill for the current month.

3. Due to the adjustment of the meter reading cycle, we will sign the "Confirmation of Contract Matters Change" or re-sign the "Electricity Supply contract" with you, and clarify the relevant contents such as the date of meter reading, the settlement date and the starting date of liquidated damages. Please sign as soon as possible after receiving the information, pay attention to the follow-up electricity bill in time, and pay it in full and on time. If in doubt, please consult your local power supply business office.
