As of November 28, 2021, the replacement of the "two committees" of 16 administrative villages in the town has been successfully completed, except for the party organization secretaries elected in 3 villages, the rest have all achieved "one shoulder to shoulder", and the voter participation rate has reached 92.6%.
On July 21, 2021, Lijiazhuang Town held a mobilization meeting for the change of the village "two committees", refined the work measures according to the objectives and tasks, policy requirements and other contents, established a leading group for the change of term of the town party committee secretary and the town mayor, set up six special working groups, and issued the "Measures for the Election of the "Two Committees" in Lijiazhuang Town and Village" and the schedule. Under the strict and standardized election procedures, a total of 110 members of the "two committees" were elected in the 16 administrative villages of Lijiazhuang Town, the average age of the members of the village "two committees" was 43.2 years old, the average age of the village backbone was 41.8 years old, the members of the village "two committees" had a high school education or above, accounting for 55.5 percent, and 21 were women cadres, achieving the goal of 100 percent of the village "two committees" having women members and 100 percent of the village women's federation chairmen entering the "two committees."
