FF 91 has not yet rolled off the production line Faraday Future announces the production of the FF 81 in South Korea: for the general public

Recently, Faraday Future (FF), founded by Jia Yueting, announced that it has signed a contract with South Korea's Myoung Shin company to produce the brand's second model, the FF 81.

According to official sources, FF 81 is a product positioned below FF 91, which will be mass-produced in 2024 for the mass consumer market.

Myoung Shin is a parts supplier and automaker for a line OEM based in Seoul, South Korea, while the FF 81 will be produced at Myoung Shin's plant in Gunsan, South Korea.

Carsten Breitfeld, Global CEO of Faraday Future, said: "It is a pleasure to partner with Myoung Shin as well, and this agreement to produce FF 81 puts us on track to deliver on our commitment to high-volume production by 2024, the most important milestone on our road to profitability.

Our FF 91 in the third quarter will redefine the latest technology in the luxury electric car space, and Myoung Shin's FF 81 will bring our market-leading technology to the mainstream luxury car space." ”

However, it should be pointed out that although it has been preparing for many years, FF's first model, FF 91, has not yet been mass-produced, and only 300 of the 14,000 orders it claims have been paid reservations.

Previously, it was reported that FF 91 will be mass-produced in July this year, and the calculation time is less than half a year ago, if FF is still unable to deliver a satisfactory answer sheet at that time, I believe that the ending of FF 81 will not be much better.
