According to reports, FF81 is an ultra-luxury intelligent electric vehicle with extreme intelligence interconnection and ultimate user experience, and compared with the FF91 luxury electric vehicle of Jizhi Technology that plans to start mass production in the third quarter of 2022, FF81 will be tailored to meet the needs of more users in the mass market.

Located near Seoul, South Korea, Myoung Shin is a component supplier and automaker to numerous first-tier OEMs. The plant that will produce the FF81 in Gunsan, South Korea, will be large, flexible and port accessible.

Carsten Breitfeld, Global CEO of Faraday Future, said: "We are delighted to be a partner with Myoung Shin. This agreement to produce the FF 81 puts us on track to deliver on our commitment to high-volume production by 2024, the most important milestone on our road to profitability. Our FF 91 in the third quarter will redefine the latest technology in luxury electric vehicles, while Myoung Shin's FF 81 will bring our market-leading technology to the mainstream luxury car space. ”

Taekyu Lee, President of Myoung Shin, added: "We will work with Faraday Future to shape the future of the electric vehicle industry and provide consumers with first-class quality products. "As a manufacturer of electric vehicle contracts, our vision is to seek creativity, innovation, reliability, responsibility and corporate citizenship, all of which we will provide when manufacturing Faraday Future FF 81 vehicles."

Faraday Future said its strategy is based on "an asset-light business model with a global hybrid manufacturing strategy, including Faraday Future's leased manufacturing facility in Hanford, California, and a partnership with Myoung Shin."

IT Home understands that the expected delivery date of FF91 is the third quarter of this year, but according to the relevant person in charge of FF, only 300 appointments have actually paid a deposit for the car, and another 14,000 orders are free orders for unpaid deposits.
