Faker was interviewed after the game:

Interview: Congratulations on your seven-game winning streak, how does it feel?

Faker: It was our first game after the offseason, so I wanted a complete victory. It's a shame we didn't win 2-0, but thankfully we were able to continue our winning streak.

Interview: A lot of people thought you could blow up HLE, but you lost the first set. This BO3 doesn't seem to be a one-sided situation, what do you think is the reason?

Faker: We made mistakes in the early days of small groups, and there were a lot of thrilling moments later on. Overall, I feel like we had a lot of shortcomings in our game today.

Interview: You used Rez in the first set, but Rez didn't have a high winning percentage. What do you say about this hero?

Faker: It's true that Reitz doesn't have a high winning percentage, but you need to analyze the reasons for the failure and then take the corresponding tactics. In this game, the impact of the early tower crossing mistakes on the road was great. When using Ritz recently, there have been many mistakes in the first and middle periods, and these are problems that need to be solved.

Interview: HLE used Zeli, what do you think?

Faker: Zeli has a lot of potential in the mid to late stages, so we keep that in mind. In the first inning we were at a disadvantage, so there was a lot of room for Zeli to output. We had the initiative in the first half of the period, so we should have had a better start, but unfortunately we didn't handle it well.

Interview: Karis says you're his idol, how do you feel when you confront him?

Faker: The mid-road showdown didn't mean much for today's game, so there's not much to say. The next match in the middle of the showdown should have a better performance.

Interview: The next game against GEN, if you win, you have a chance to keep winning in the first round. Have faith?

Faker: We found a couple of problems within the team, and we'll correct ourselves before facing GEN. Personally, I want to perform at my best against GEN and show my fans a satisfying look.

Interview: Is there anything I want to say at the end?

Faker: We've got seven in a row and I'm going to keep it up so that I can get as many consecutive wins as possible.
