In the decade from 2011 to 2021, 69 farmers in Tianzhen County, Datong City, Shanxi Province, unknowingly "borrowed" 6.74 million yuan, during which many of them were included in the credit blacklist because their loans were overdue and faced the situation of being repaid.
On February 9, a Reporter from Benliu News learned from the Tianzhen County Procuratorate in Datong City, Shanxi Province, that Feng Mou, the initiator of the case and the former director of the Chengguan Credit Cooperative of the Tianzhen County Rural Credit Cooperative Association, was prosecuted for illegally granting loans.
After review, it was found that since Feng served as the director of chengguan credit cooperative of Tianzhen County Rural Credit Cooperative Association on October 15, 2011, he violated the relevant provisions of the state, did not fulfill his audit responsibilities, and without seeing 69 people such as Li, Yan, Luo, Xue, zhang, and Zhang, and without the consent of the above-mentioned personnel, he issued a loan of 6.74 million yuan to Luo, Zhang, Zhang, B, Zhang, Wang, and others, and the amount of the loan illegally reached 6.74 million yuan.
The Tianzhen County Procuratorate of Datong City believes that Feng, as a staff member of a financial institution, violated state regulations and issued a loan amount of 6.74 million yuan, and should be investigated for criminal responsibility for the crime of illegally granting loans.
