On February 9, the second plenary session of the 14th Discipline Inspection Commission of Wudi County was held. Zheng Zhenliang, secretary of the county party committee, attended and spoke at the meeting; Wang Tao, deputy secretary of the county party committee and county governor, attended the meeting; and Li Jing, member of the standing committee of the county party committee, secretary of the county discipline inspection committee, and director of the county supervision commission, presided over the meeting.
Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the meeting thoroughly implemented the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Party and the 19th Plenary Sessions, conscientiously implemented the deployment of the 6th Plenary Session of the 19th Central Discipline Inspection Commission, the 7th Plenary Session of the 11th Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission and the 7th Plenary Session of the Ninth Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission, reviewed the discipline inspection and supervision work of the whole county in 2021, and arranged the work tasks in 2022.
The meeting conveyed the main spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Discipline Inspection Commission, the Seventh Plenary Session of the Eleventh Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission, and the Seventh Plenary Session of the Ninth Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission.
Zheng Zhenliang demanded that party organizations at all levels and the broad masses of party-member cadres throughout the county should thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and the spirit of the plenary sessions of the Central Discipline Inspection Commission and the Provincial and Municipal Discipline Inspection Commissions, study deeply and thoroughly, comprehend the essence, earnestly unify their thinking and actions with the decision-making and deployment of the party Central Committee and the work requirements of the provincial party committees and municipal party committees, further find the coordinates, choose the right position, aim at the bull's eye, and earnestly plan and make good arrangements for the building of a sound party style and a clean administration and the anti-corruption work this year, so as to ensure the implementation of all work tasks.
Zheng Zhenliang stressed: It is necessary to clearly define the objectives of work, do a good job in improving the party's work style, building a clean and honest government, and fighting a protracted battle against corruption. This year is the year of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and it is also a key year to accelerate the development of Wudi. The 14th Party Congress of the county and the "two sessions" of the county depicted a beautiful blueprint for "promoting the development of the new Wudi of 'strong, excellent and rich beauty' and building a new highland for the integration of Lubei Port industry and city", clarified the development idea of "implementing six major offensive actions and achieving six significant improvements", and the county's 2022 work mobilization conference deployed key tasks such as "three hundred projects", "four contending actions" and "eight major command centers". The heavier the development task, the more we must adhere to the main tone of "strictness" for a long time, and ensure high-quality development with high-quality party building. Whether the results of administering the party in an all-round and strict manner are good or not depends on whether the responsibility for managing the party and administering the party is real or not. Party organizations and party-member cadres at all levels must resolutely shoulder the political responsibility of managing the party and administering the party, be aware of their responsibilities, shoulder their responsibilities, perform their duties, and earnestly implement strict requirements and practical measures in all links and the whole process of party building.
