Daejeon Guangping to Anxi Guanqiao Expressway | Sanming section
It is understood that the Datian Guangping to Anxi Guanqiao Expressway (Sanming section) is a five-horizontal branch line in the "Sixteen Vertical and Ten Horizontal" planning of Fujian Province's "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" expressway network, starting from Dongren Village, Guangping Town, Datian County (connected to the Putian Expressway), with Guangping Hub Interchange, through Jianshe Town, Taihua Town, Junxi Town, and finally Changxi Village, Shipai Town, Datian County (connecting with Quannan Expressway), setting up Changxi Hub Interchange, and then along the Quannan Expressway collinear line to Chengtang Village, Wushan Town, setting up Wushan Hub to Quanzhou.
The total length of the route is 72.511 km (51.623 km of new construction, 20.888 km of common line), the total investment of the project is 8.26 billion yuan (calculated according to the latest material unit price), and a total of 3 interconnections and 1 service area are set up along the route, namely: construction interconnection, Taihua interconnection, Junxi interconnection and Taihua Kuicheng service area.

The datian Guangping-Anxi Guanqiao Expressway (Quanzhou section) starts at the junction of Yongchun and Sanming Datian in Quanzhou, and ends at the Sanming section of the Datian Guangping-Anxi Guanqiao Expressway.
The route runs from north to south through Yidu Town, Yongchun County, Taozhou Township, Gande Township, Changkeng Township, Shangqing Township, Huqiu Township in Anxi County, and sets up the Huqiu Hub interchange in Wuyin to connect with the planned Shenhai Fu Line. From Huqiu to Guanqiao, the scheme of collusion with the Shenhai double line was adopted, and the construction was carried out first. The end point is located in Guanqiao, and the existing interchange is transformed into a composite hub interconnection to connect to the Xiasha Expressway.
In December 2021, the People's Government of Datian County, Sanming City, issued a notice that the Datian Guangping-Anxi Guanqiao Expressway Project will soon start construction, and the land use scope of the Sanming Section of the Tian'an Expressway will stop all unapproved land use activities.
