Recently, the 4-1-oblique 175 well of the Qinghe Oil Production Plant in Jianghan Oilfield successfully completed the cable transmission logging, that is, "soft measurement", which is the first time that the plant has successfully applied this technology on the well of the large slope and ultra-long stable inclined section.

The maximum well inclination angle of the well is 60.24 degrees, the bottom closure distance is 784.4 meters, and the inclined well section above 50 degrees is more than 760 meters, of which the 58-degree stable inclined section is up to 570 meters, the well body trajectory is complex, and the "soft measurement" is very difficult. In this regard, the technical personnel of the plant insisted on staying behind during the Spring Festival, conscientiously did a good job in on-site supervision and technical support, organized drilling and directional construction units to carry out technical discussions for many times, improved the construction plan, optimized the drilling tool structure, drilling parameters, and implemented time-controlled drilling. At the same time, through the rational addition of lubricants, anti-collapse agents and other treatment agents, strengthen the use of flocculants, solid control equipment and other measures, effectively improve the performance of drilling fluids, ensure the stability and lubricity of the well wall, avoid the occurrence of underground complex situations such as electrical measurement encountering obstacles and cards, and improve the success rate of "soft measurement".

The well electrical measurement achieved a successful "soft measurement", reduced the completion cycle by 1 day, saved about 50,000 yuan in drilling costs, and accumulated experience for further application of "soft measurement" technology on large-slope wells.
