Lujiazhi to Donggang Highway Project is the first highway engineering submarine shield tunnel in the province, with a total investment of 1.127 billion yuan, using the "submarine shield tunnel + mountain tunnel" scheme, the length of the submarine shield tunnel is 785 meters, and the length of the mountain tunnel is 745 meters.
