Suining Hedong Development and Construction Investment Co., Ltd. is a municipal state-owned enterprise with a registered capital of 1.634 billion yuan, and its main business scope is the development of land requisitioned in Hedong New Area and urban infrastructure and roads, bridges, real estate development, garden projects, cultural tourism industry, sports industry investment and operation, as well as the sale of sand and stone and building materials, land consolidation, comprehensive agricultural development, agricultural ecological construction, rural infrastructure construction, rural environment construction, etc.

2. Recruitment positions and quotas

(1) Engineering management staff (Party A representative), 1 person.

(2) Accounting staff, 2 people. (One of them is recruited by Xincheng Company)

(3) 1 personnel of the project valuation post.

3. Recruitment conditions

(1) Basic conditions

1. Have good ideological and political quality, have a strong sense of organization and the overall situation; there is no violation of party rules, party discipline, laws and regulations and other acts.

2. Work diligently and actively, have a strong sense of dedication and responsibility, unite comrades, and obey organizational arrangements.

3. Decent style, good character, integrity and self-discipline.

4. Have the relevant knowledge and work experience required to hold the position.

5. Under 35 years old (born after February 1, 1987), in good health.

(2) Eligibility requirements

1. Engineering management personnel (party A representatives) must have a bachelor's degree or above in road and bridge, traffic civil engineering, engineering management related majors; have solid theoretical knowledge, have relevant procedures and norms such as construction technology and management capabilities of housing construction, road and bridge engineering sites, and have the experience and ability to coordinate and solve engineering construction management problems; have more than 2 years of relevant work experience and performance, and must be male.

2. Accounting personnel must have a full-time college degree or above in accounting, financial management and other related majors, solid theoretical knowledge, certain financial analysis capabilities, familiar with relevant national finance, taxation, auditing and other laws and policies, skilled use of enterprise financial application software and various types of office software, skilled handling of accounts and preparation of various statements. The staff in this position must have more than 2 years of relevant work experience, and have good organization, communication, coordination and adaptability.

3. The engineering valuation post personnel must have a college degree or above in housing construction, municipal administration, installation and other engineering costs and related majors. Housing construction and municipal professional cost personnel need to be able to independently be competent in housing construction and municipal engineering price review business; installation professional cost personnel have experience in power engineering cost, are familiar with power engineering construction processes and related knowledge, state grid project management processes and related systems, project quantity list specifications, power construction project estimated budget quotas, distribution network project budget quotas, and skillful use of power-related pricing software. The staff in this position must have more than 3 years of relevant work experience, have good organization, communication, coordination skills and adaptability, and be familiar with pricing related software (CAD, Guanglianda, Hongye Pricing, common office software).

4. Registration and Qualification Review

(1) Registration time: February 7, 2022 - February 11, 2022 (9:00-12:00 a.m., 14:00-17:30 p.m.), overdue registration will no longer be accepted.

(2) Registration location: Human Resources Department on the second floor of Suining Hedong Development and Construction Investment Co., Ltd., Phase II of LianfuJiayuan Community, Hedong New District (No. 243, Xianglin North Road, Hedong New District); Tel: 0825-2922361.

(3) Registration and qualification review: Bring the original and copy of the household registration book, ID card, academic certificate, professional title, vocational qualification certificate, etc., the self-recommendation letter (including self-introduction, basic information, work experience, etc.), 2 recent 1-inch color photos without a crown, and must provide proof of employment experience and on-site registration.

5. Application Procedures

(1) Qualification review

Only those who pass the qualification examination can enter the next round of written examination.

(2) Written examination

Starting from the number of recruited positions, the written examination is carried out uniformly according to the ratio of not less than 1:3, if the qualified persons of the recruitment position qualification examination are lower than this ratio, the number of recruits will be reduced accordingly, and if the number of people who meet the written examination conditions is less than 3, the recruitment will be cancelled; no examination information will be provided before the examination; the time and place will be notified separately.

(3) Interview

According to the results of the written test, sorted from highest to lowest, the interview will be conducted in a unified ratio of not less than 1:3 of the number of recruited positions; the time and place will be notified separately.

(4) Proposed employment

The results of the written interview account for 50% each; according to the comprehensive score and the recruitment position and quota, the recruiter is determined from the high score to the low score (the last person to be hired with the same comprehensive score is given priority to the one with the higher written test score, if the comprehensive score is too low, it is better to be absent than indiscriminate).

(5) Physical examination and political review

Personnel determined to be to be hired, within 3 working days of receiving the company's notice of proposed employment, go to a hospital at or above the county level for a physical examination, pay for themselves, and go to the police station where the household registration is located to issue materials certifying that the individual has no criminal record.

(6) Contract signing

Only by passing the physical examination and political examination and providing proof of the termination of the labor contract (or resignation from public office) with the original unit can the labor contract be signed with the company. The probationary period is 2 months, and those who fail to pass the assessment during the probationary period or at the end of the probationary period shall be disqualified from employment. The labor contract of 1 of the personnel in the accounting post was signed with the New Town Company.

6. Remuneration

Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probationary period will continue to implement the labor contract with the company and enjoy the corresponding "five insurances and one gold" and other welfare benefits for the company's regular employees. The salary treatment is implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the company's current salary system.
