That moment I will remember for the rest of my life (Olympics and Me)

A few days have passed since the opening ceremony of the Beijing Winter Olympics, but at the moment when the National Stadium ascended the main torch platform, that kind of pride and pride still makes me unable to calm down for a long time, and I will remember it for a lifetime.

Half a month ago, the Chinese cross-country ski team ended its training camp in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and prepared to go to Zhangjiakou. When I learned that I had been chosen as the last torchbearer at the opening ceremony, my first reaction was surprise and excitement, such an important task was taken on by me, and I must do it well.

My hometown of Altay, Xinjiang, has a very long history of skiing. My father used to be a cross-country skier. When I was 12 years old, I started practicing cross-country skiing under my father's leadership, and to this day, he is still my coach. In 2017, I was selected to enter the coveted national training team.

A year into the team, I went to Norway with my teammates to train. The training was hard, but it was also fun. At that time, I especially missed my motherland and my home. In order to improve their ability and technical level, all difficulties must be overcome. In the end, we achieved good training results.

So many years of hard training is to show their strength at the Beijing Winter Olympics and win glory for the country. When we set off from Xinjiang, the local herders rode their horses in the snow and held up the five-star red flag to send us off, and I was so moved to tears in the car.

On February 5th, I finished my first Winter Olympics game, and it was a great inspiration for me to compete with the world's top athletes. Although the grades were not ideal, I was able to learn a lot from them, which prompted me to grow faster.

After walking off the field, I met my father, without too many words, a look, a hug, enough, we all knew each other. During the evening break, I video chatted with my mother about the game. My mom motivated me to try to do my best and finish the rest of the game.

Next, I'm going to participate in the women's 4×5 km relay event, and I will work with my teammates to make a breakthrough. As a post-00s athlete, my goal now is to gain experience in every competition and strive to play at the best level in every competition.
