In fact, in addition to cleaning a few days ago, the arrangement of New Year's things is very busy, starting from the second day of the New Year, basically idle. We, who work regularly, will be a little bored when we are idle.

It is more gratifying that since 2021.12.21, I said that I should write an article every day, and now I have developed the habit of writing articles every day. No matter what you are busy with every day, as soon as you get to this point, you remember that there are still articles that have not been written, and you must start to go into the house to write articles, otherwise you will not be able to sleep tonight. It is already as necessary as eating and sleeping every day.

This method works: if you want to develop a habit, it is best to make yourself do an action at regular intervals every day.

Just like my behavior for more than 2 weeks, every day at 10 o'clock, if you don't start writing articles, you start to be absent-minded and uncomfortable. This year, I want to update 300 original articles, I think it should not be a big problem, it should be possible to update to more than 330 articles.

Tomorrow I will return to Fuzhou and begin the journey of the Year of the Tiger. This year, the entrepreneurial environment is still grim, and the goal is quite large, but now that I think about it, I am not entangled in how to achieve the goal. It's about perfecting the process.

Develop a few good habits first, and the end result should be good.

1. Do live streaming. Live streaming is an unfamiliar field to me, and it's a big challenge for me, but it has to be done. Get into the habit of live streaming daily.

2. Short video content needs to be systematically output, shooting and outputting short video content every day.

3. Keep exercising and develop the habit of exercising for one hour a day.

In the Year of the Tiger, I hope that I can work efficiently, concentrate on working efficiently for 5 hours a day, and spend the rest of my time reading, drinking tea, exercising, and learning to improve cognition.
