Vigorously carry forward the entrepreneurial spirit, Shandong Province commends outstanding entrepreneurs

On February 7, Shandong Province held the 2022 Work Mobilization Conference of the province, commending outstanding entrepreneurs, industry leaders and outstanding entrepreneurs in Shandong Province. 72 entrepreneurs from different industries received the award. Among them, Zhang Ruimin was rated as an outstanding entrepreneur in Shandong Province, Zhou Houjian and Zhang Guofang were rated as leading entrepreneurs in the industry in Shandong Province, and Zhang Jinlou, Li Ming, Gao Mingzuo, Yang Weidong, Wang Congyuan, Yuan Zhongxue and Huang Kexing were rated as outstanding entrepreneurs in Shandong Province.

These outstanding entrepreneurs are the first time to be evaluated after the implementation of the "Shandong Provincial Outstanding Entrepreneurs Commendation and Reward Measures", which have been implemented since April 9, 2021. According to the relevant measures, outstanding entrepreneurs in Shandong Province are selected every 5 years. In addition to meeting the basic conditions, the award also requires modern management ability, positive contributions in promoting the transformation of new and old kinetic energy, industrial transformation and upgrading, innovation ability, greater brand influence, and business indicators and tenure.

Shandong's high standards promote the spirit of entrepreneurship, and the award is awarded at a high level, and it is commended in the name of the provincial party committee and the provincial government. Selected as outstanding entrepreneurs, awarded the title of "Outstanding Entrepreneur of Shandong Province", with a first-class merit award of 5 million yuan per person; selected as an industry leader entrepreneur, awarded the title of "Shandong Industry Leading Entrepreneur", with the first class merit, each awarded 1 million yuan; Selected as an excellent entrepreneur, awarded the title of "Excellent Entrepreneur of Shandong Province", each awarded 500,000 yuan. The reward funds shall be disbursed by the provincial treasury and sent to the personal bank accounts of the recipients. For entrepreneurs who are awarded the title, provide convenient access to health examination and medical care services, and uniformly issue "Shandong Confucian Business Card".

Shandong carries forward the entrepreneurial spirit and also pays attention to strengthening the construction of the team of young entrepreneurs. Implement the "mentor system" for young entrepreneurs to cultivate, hire outstanding entrepreneurs selected as mentors, and comprehensively improve the quality and ability of young entrepreneurs. Establish an exchange mechanism for outstanding entrepreneurs in Shandong Province, focus on the development of key industrial chains and advantageous industrial clusters, establish a database of entrepreneurs, build a platform for entrepreneurs to learn, exchange and cooperate, strengthen cooperation in talents, funds, technologies and projects, and achieve common development.
