Zhou Guangjun, a native of Qixian County, Henan. He is a member of the Chinese Artists Association, the Chinese Calligraphers Association, and the Chinese Dramatists Association. He is a creator of the Calligraphy and Painting Creation Institute of the Armed Police Force, the vice chairman of the Chinese National Painters Association, the director of the Hunan Provincial Artists Association, the president of the Beijing Oriental Imperial Capital Calligraphy and Painting Institute, and the vice president of the Capital Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Association. In 2000 and 2002, he was awarded "Top Ten Young Calligraphers in Hunan". He graduated from the School of Political Science of the National University of Defense Technology and studied in the Fine Arts Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts and the People's Liberation Army Academy of Arts.
