In order to implement the requirements of the province and the city on the staggered peak arrangement for the return to school in the spring semester, in accordance with the spirit of the "Notice of the Fuzhou Municipal Education Bureau and the Fuzhou Municipal Health Commission on the Work Related to the Nucleic Acid Testing of Teachers, Students and Employees in the Spring Semester of 2022" (RongJiao Zong [2022] No. 9), the opening time of the 2022 spring semester of primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in our city is hereby adjusted as follows:
1. Primary school: school starts on February 20 and classes start on February 21;
2. Kindergarten: school starts on February 23 and classes begin on February 24;
3. The opening time of the remaining school segments shall be arranged according to the original school calendar.
Please adjust the relevant education and teaching plans for the spring semester of 2022 according to the above schedule.

According to the previous arrangements, the holidays and school opening arrangements for different grades in Fujian cities are as follows, while the situation in Fuzhou City is basically the opening of school after February 15.
Since in the notice just issued, the Fuzhou Municipal Education Bureau only adjusted the opening time of primary schools and kindergartens, and other school segments were arranged according to the original school calendar, so the default middle school grades basically still started after February 15 (except for the third year of high school, and the third year of high school students in some areas have returned to school).
