Suizhou City Museum staged the "Blockbuster" of the Chinese New Year
From the second to the sixth day of the first lunar month, the Municipal Museum is open to the public normally, and free chime music and dance performances are launched. In recent days, the number of daily visitors to the Municipal Museum has reached nearly 1,500 people, and each chime music and dance performance has reached the maximum occupancy rate, and the characteristic chime music and dance and precious cultural relics of the museum have made the visitors praise "This is the New Year blockbuster in Suizhou".
In response to the initiative of "Local New Year" and enrich the citizens' New Year cultural activities, suizhou city museum is open to the public normally from February 2 (the second day of the first lunar month) to February 6 (the sixth day of the first lunar month), and launched the 2022 Suizhou Cultural Tourism New Year Celebration Cultural Benefit Activity - free chime music and dance performances. During this period, the Municipal Museum is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m., and 7 exhibition halls are open to the public: "Zeng (Sui) Lost", "Tomb of Marquis Yi of Zeng", "Tomb no. 2 of Dougudun", "Yandi Shennong's Hometown", "Hanfeng Tang Yun", "Yili Handong - Suizhou Yejiashan West Zhou Cemetery", and "Recovered Treasures"; chime music and dance performances are performed every day at 10:30 a.m. and 15:30 p.m., and each performance lasts about 20 minutes.
In the past few days, many Suizhou citizens and foreigners who stayed with the New Year have entered the museum in an orderly manner after scanning the code to measure the temperature. According to relevant requirements such as epidemic prevention and control, the number of spectators of each chime music and dance performance is controlled within 150 people. Under the guidance of the staff's service, the citizens lined up in an orderly manner to watch the progress hall.
Suizhou City Museum is a national first-class museum integrating cultural relics collection, scientific research, publicity and education, cultural relics archaeology and chimes, with a total of more than 10,000 pieces (sets) of collections, including 318 first-class cultural relics (sets). The collection is mostly characterized by Shang zhou bronzes, known as the "bronze kingdom", of which the Western Zhou Eguo bronze group and the Two Zhou Zengguo bronzes group are the treasures of the town hall.
