Previously, the mascots of the Beijing Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, "Ice Pier" and "Snow Rongrong", landed on Mars on Tianwen-1 and took a group photo with the Zhurong Mars rover in the same frame, dream linkage!

Today, the Tianwen-1 probe, the five-star red flag and the emblems of the Beijing Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games once again took selfies in the same frame.
Beijing is the first summer and winter double Olympic city, Tianwen-1 is China's first interplanetary exploration mission, sending the mascots and symbols of the Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games to Mars, which is not only the Chinese expression of the core concepts of the Green Olympics, the Science and Technology Olympics and the Humanistic Olympic Games, but also the Chinese nation's advocacy and pursuit of higher, faster, stronger and more united.

The "cosmic-grade" photos, transmitted from orbit around Mars, were taken using a "selfie" camera carried by the Tianwen-1 probe. This group of photos is not only the "highest" Winter Olympic gift to friends on the ground, but also the highlight witness of the global sharing of olympic moments!

As of today, Tianwen-1 has been in orbit for 561 days, and the Zhurong rover has worked for 259 Martian days, with a cumulative range of 1537 meters. The orbiter and rover are in good condition and functioning normally.
