Bobby Marks' specific transaction proposals are:
Lakers out: Westbrook, Jordan Jr., Ellington and protected 27-year first-round picks (first 14 pick protection, such as 27 years of draft picks not sent, in 28 years to the Lakers round pick + Wizards second round pick)
Knicks: Kemba Walker, Fournier and Burks.
