For Coach Cai Bin, I believe many fans are familiar with it. Cai Bin himself is a volleyball player, who has represented Shanghai in the National A League and won the championship, and has also represented the Chinese team in Asian club competitions and won the championship, and his career can be described as a brilliant achievement. After retiring, Cai Bin still loves volleyball deeply, so he chose to become a coach. In 1997, Cai Bin became the head coach of the Shanghai women's volleyball team and led Shanghai to win the league championship four times. In 1999, Cai Bin concurrently served as the head coach of the women's volleyball national youth team, and in 2001, he became the head coach of the women's volleyball national youth team, and worked in this position for 8 years. During his tenure in the national youth team, Cai Bin discovered liu yanan, Song Nina, Li Juan, Xue Ming, Wang Yimei, Wei Qiuyue, Hui Ruoqi and other well-known national players, making great contributions to Chinese volleyball. In March 2010, Cai Bin officially left class, ending his one-year career in women's volleyball coaching.
