According to the "Announcement of the Volleyball Management Center of the General Administration of Sport on the Selection and Recruitment of the Head Coach of the National Women's Volleyball Team", adhering to the principles of openness, fairness and justice, carrying forward the principles of democracy, seeking truth from facts and selecting public integrity, after the comprehensive evaluation of the candidates by the selection and recruitment work expert group, the recommendation of the leading group for the selection and recruitment work, the Party Committee of the Volleyball Center of the General Administration of Sport studied and reported to the State General Administration of Sport for approval, and comrade Cai Bin was hired as the head coach of the new national women's volleyball team.
