On the occasion of the Spring Festival, a short video collection activity of "Watching Zigong Lanterns for the Chinese New Year" sponsored by the Zigong Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism kicked off.

Submissions will be made from February 1 to 15, 2022, and the works will focus on creative short videos, micro-films, micro-documentaries, VLOGs, and encourage other forms of innovation. The event has 1 first prize (5,000 yuan bonus), 2 second prizes (3,000 yuan each), 3 third prizes (1,000 yuan each), and 1 best communication award (1,000 yuan prize).

Event Requirements:

(1) The short video collection works should conform to the topic of the activity, with novel ideas, prominent themes, healthy content, innovative techniques, rich in cultural connotations, highlighting the charm of Zigong lanterns, and reflecting the connection between "lantern viewing" and "New Year".

(2) In principle, the length of each short video is 30 seconds to 120 seconds (excellent works can appropriately extend the video time), including complete titles, credits, etc. It is shot and produced in digital high-definition specifications, and the video resolution is 1920× 1080 and above. The video is uniformly in MP4 format.

(3) The submitted works shall be original works. Contributors must enjoy complete copyright in the content of the work, and must not copy or use the works of others without authorization, and there is no infringement or any ownership dispute. If a work contains non-original content, including images, clips, songs or music, the source of the content must be indicated. In case of infringement, the organizer has the right to cancel its selection qualifications and recover the award, and the legal liability involved shall be borne by the contributor of the work.
