TA: Chelsea will focus on the summer window, targeting Conde, Rice, Joan Ameni and others

The Athletic reported on February 1 that Chelsea will focus on this summer window, and their targets include Conde, Rice and Joan Ameni.

Chelsea's current squad is quite large, which is why they did not bring in reinforcements in the winter window, especially not signing a new left-back to replace the injured Chillville. Manager Tuchel did not urge the club to bring in reinforcements in January, with both he and the Blues focusing on this summer window.

The Athletic noted that Chelsea's targets include Sevilla defender Conte, West Ham United midfielder Rice and Monaco young midfielder Joan Ameni. All three will have high potential transfer fees (including transfer fees and salaries), and Chelsea will face competition from other teams.

In addition, Chelsea will need to extend the contracts of Azpilicueta, Rudiger and Christensen for the remainder of the season, all of whom are asking for a salary increase.
