Egypt is known as Salah's one-man team, the Egyptian manager: I don't agree with that statement

Egypt eliminated Morocco in the Africa Cup of Nations, but their manager Queiroz is unhappy with all the attention being on Salah.

Queiroz said: "I have really good players and we deserve to win because we are in control after we are behind. After beating such a fantastic team as Morocco, we want to better represent Egypt in the next game, but for now we are focused on playing against Cameroon. ”

"We're not a one-man team, I reject that description because teams are collective, everybody wants to win, we play together, we suffer together, we create chances together, we score goals together."

'Salah was great today, but that's what we expect from the best players in the world, but we also have teamwork and everyone is working on the same goal, whether on and off the pitch, that's what makes the team perform.

"That's what I'm looking forward to for this team, even though we've suffered from all sorts of injury issues. We've had a lot of obstacles, but we have reserve players who can win titles. ”

Commenting on the next semi-final with Cameroon, Queiroz said: "Cameroon manager Antonio Concessan has worked very well with his team in this tournament and I have known him in Portugal because we are all Portuguese. ”

"Antonio is my friend and I want him to succeed in all his matches in Cameroon, except for the next one against Egypt."

Salah, who was also named the best of the game, was also interviewed after the match, saying: "I think we played a good game against a very good Morocco team. ”

"My teammates did what was necessary for every game and gave everything to go as far as possible. It's not easy to play extra time in two consecutive games, but I can tell you that we are good and we have performed very well in this African Cup of Nations. ”
