First, the general requirements

Explore the one-click emergency rescue mode of vehicle Beidou positioning + short message + 4G/5G, and encourage qualified regions, car companies, and service providers to try first. Combined with the Beidou foundation enhancement system and high-precision map, the Beidou high-precision positioning technology is promoted and applied in the Internet of Vehicles.

(5) Empower the orderly management of shared two-wheelers. Promote the application of Beidou multi-frequency positioning, high-precision positioning and other technologies in the field of shared two-wheelers, and effectively improve the accuracy of positioning. Guide shared two-wheeler operators to increase the application of Beidou, gradually upgrade the original models to support Beidou, standardize the parking order of shared two-wheeled vehicles on municipal roads, and support the intelligent and fine management of the city.

(6) Cultivate new applications for Beidou mass consumption. Encourage equipment, systems, software and other related enterprises that provide time, location, and communication services to use single-mode Beidou products or multimode Beidou products that support Beidou's independent functions, enrich the form of Beidou products, and cultivate new models and new formats for Beidou mass consumption applications. (9) Stimulate new vitality for industrial development.
