Foreign media said in the report that BOE currently supplies Apple with a 6.06-inch OLED screen, mainly produced by BOE's B7 and B11 production lines in Sichuan.
For the iPhone 14 series that Apple will launch in the second half of this year, foreign media believe that BOE will still supply 6.06-inch OLED screens, but not for the iPhone 14 Pro series, and the OLED screens required for this one will all be supplied by South Korean manufacturers.
This year's iPhone 14 is expected to launch four more, of which the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max are more entry-oriented, and BOE will receive some screen orders for these two large flagship phones.
Foreign media also mentioned in the report that in addition to preparing to supply OLED screens for the iPhone 14 series, BOE is also preparing to supply OLED screens for next year's high-end version of the iPhone 15 series, and they have set the goal for next year for the supply of OLED screens for the iPhone 15 Pro series. The screens will be produced at the B12 plant, where the first phase was put into operation in the fourth quarter of last year, the second phase in the first half of this year, and the third phase in the second half of this year.
