Municipal Public Security Bureau
Fully implement the "Yantai City Fireworks and Firecrackers Management Regulations", and include the prohibition of law enforcement inspection work in key tasks. As of January 25, various districts and cities have successively issued notices of prohibition on sales, prohibitions on burning and release, and widely publicized. Together with emergency management and other departments to carry out joint law enforcement, investigated and dealt with 5 cases of illegal transportation of fireworks and firecrackers, 23 cases of illegal storage of fireworks and firecrackers, investigated and dealt with 9 cases of illegal fireworks and firecrackers, and seized more than 2.2 million firecrackers and more than 840 boxes of fireworks, with a value of 150,000 yuan.
Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment
Organize and carry out law enforcement inspections of air pollution prevention and control in industrial enterprises, and recently inspected a total of 58 enterprises and rectified 41 environmental problems. Work with relevant departments to carry out special law enforcement inspections such as motor vehicle environmental inspection agencies, gas station oil and gas recovery, and non-road mobile machinery. A total of 118 environmental inspection institutions, 537 diesel vehicles, 140 gas stations, and 319 non-road mobile machinery were inspected.
Municipal Development and Reform Commission
Together with the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, the Notice on Carrying Out Special Inspections of Clean Coal Heating Work was jointly issued, and from January 20 to 24, special inspections were carried out in 11 districts and cities including Fushan District, and 13 coal business sites were randomly inspected, and suggestions were made for rectification of the problems found in the inspection. Complete the clean coal promotion task for the 2021-2022 heating season ahead of schedule。 As of January 20, the city promoted 23,265 tons of clean coal, completing 106% of the annual plan.
Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau
Implement differentiated management according to different construction stages, highlight key parts and key links supervision, and fully implement the "six hundred percent" requirements for construction sites. More than 700 construction sites in the city have been supervised by grid, and refined control measures have been strictly implemented. Increase the intensity and frequency of law enforcement inspections, establish a list of problem accounts, and form a closed-loop management mechanism of "inspection-rectification-verification" to ensure the effectiveness of rectification. As of January 25, a total of 424 construction sites had been inspected and 58 dust problems had been found, which had been rectified.

Organize and convene a meeting on the deployment of dust pollution prevention and control in the field of urban management, formulate and implement the "Work Plan on Doing a Good Job in the Prevention and Control of Dust Pollution in the Field of Urban Management", focus on the work of road cleaning and municipal construction sites to carry out centralized investigation and rectification, improve the quality of road cleaning, strengthen the control of construction dust, establish a list of problems, and implement sales number management.

Issued the "Notice of Yantai Municipal Transportation Bureau on Carrying out Air Quality Guarantee Work in winter 2022", mapping the transport vehicles and non-road mobile machinery of key transportation enterprises, and inspecting traffic mobile sources and dust sources at least once a week. Establish a whitelist of mobile sources to ensure transport security during emergency periods.
