On the occasion of the "3.3" Love Ear Day and the "3.5" Lei Feng Memorial Day, the "Little Water Drop" Volunteer Service Team of China Nengjian Gezhouba Construction Company, as in previous years, once again went to Kunming Bo'ai Deaf Children Rehabilitation Center with love and warmth to carry out the youth volunteer service activity of "Let Love Awaken little ears" and warm the silent world with love.

When they saw the familiar faces of the young volunteers, the children in the rehabilitation center excitedly waved to them, took the volunteers' hands to their small desks, and could not wait to display their recent paintings and small awards, expecting the volunteers' praise. The rehabilitation center said happily to the teacher: "The children miss you very much, so when they see you, they want to share the things that they think are proud and joyful in their eyes." ”
In the activities, the volunteers patiently interacted with the children, assisted the teachers in the teaching area to carry out teaching activities such as ear protection knowledge questions and answers, love microphones, and voice defense positions, guiding them to be good at thinking and continuously exercising their listening and speaking skills. The children acted very excited, without the slightest timidity or silence, and played interactive games happily.
Volunteers work with children to build puzzle building blocks, and for children, it is not only the animal kingdom they like, but also a bridge of trust with volunteers. When the children and volunteers put their works on display, they had proud, bright smiles on their faces, thumbs up, and expressed their inner joy in their own unique way. The volunteers also felt the warmth of dedication from the children's smiling faces.
Gezhouba Construction Company's "Let Love Awaken Little Ears" is one of the "Water Drops Love" series of volunteer service activities, and it is also another long-term youth volunteer service project for vulnerable groups in society after "Let Love Light Up the Lonely Star" to care for children with autism. Since 2021, Gezhouba Construction Company has paired with Kunming Bo'ai Rehabilitation Center for Deaf Children to establish a long-term volunteer service mechanism, calling on all sectors of society to care for hearing-impaired children, and insisting on encouraging the healthy and happy growth of hearing-impaired children with care and warmth, which has not only received the support of the majority of young volunteers, but also achieved good social response.
