Yichexun recently learned from relevant channels that Xiaogan City and Hengxin Automobile Group Co., Ltd. signed an investment agreement for the Chuneng New Energy Lithium Battery Industrial Park project, representing the official settlement of the project in Xiaogan.
It is reported that the total investment of the project is 45 billion yuan, the total planned land is about 3335 mu, and the annual output of 100GWh lithium-ion battery production capacity is planned. The project is planned to be built in two phases, the first phase of the project plans to invest 9 billion yuan, the production capacity is 60GWh, 40GWh production capacity respectively.
Xiaogan pointed out that the project will promote the multiplication of the development of the new energy automobile and parts industry, and inject strong new momentum into Xiaogan to enhance the level of high-quality development and create a new manufacturing highland in the central region.
